VLOG9: AUDIO AND VIDEO

THEY ARE OUT OF SYNC

Also a riot.

I have tried recording these vlogs on my MacBook through Photo Booth twice now and both times it has not synced the Video and the Audio track correctly. I didn’t upload the first one because I though it was a one time deal and I figured I might be able to sync them. It wasn’t and I couldn’t, so whatever. But this time, I’m just going to upload it. This is a lazy vlog, so there is no editing. It goes without saying that I will not be using Photo Booth anymore (that piece of shit).

ALSO

I would like to take one day out of the week maybe perhaps to answer questions that you guys, my followers, may want to ask. So go ahead and throw asks in my box (Que Pasa, Mufasa? link on my blog) or send me submissions (Confiture link on my blog), mention that you’d like your thing/question to be featured in my vlog and I wil go ahead and do that! You’re welcome.

REVITALIZER

The Revitalizer is a wax-lamp that re-creates itself  over time, allowing its owner to re-use it and observe the growing-old,dying and rebirth cycle of the lamp. The high voltage bulb inside the lamp melts the wax slowly and after all the wax melts down into the cup, the heat resistance inside the core helps the wax to create a new mould. Once the wax cools down and take its shape, the user can take it out and replace it into the top part of the lamp. The soft lamp shade that revitalizer gives out and various shapes it forms while melting, creates surprise and feeling of relaxation.

The ‘Busby’ chair was the winner of the BBC North design competition. A modern cocoon constructed from a solid sustainable timber frame and fully upholstered. Busby acts as a haven for employees in open plan work spaces, suitable for one person to make confidential phone calls, and with the ability to place two or more pieces together for a more arangement.

As part of the competition the chair was manufactured with the help of noughtone (a furniture design company located outside of Harrogate) and now features in the BBC’s new headquarters at Media City UK, Manchester as well as Noughtones product catalogue.

BOX picnic hamper is a modern approach to the traditional picnic ensuring that a quality user experience is gained, products within this make it happen such as the baseless glasses that can be pushed into soft ground, or the extended plates that don’t fall off your lap and have cutlery incorporated into the side to free your hands.

Its a picnic for four people and can hold 18litres, as most of the components are stored in the lid simply by using the salad tongs that slide in holding the chopping board down intern keeping the rug and four plates inside the lid.
